Popular event returns!

Come along to the Chain Bridge Honey Farm on Sunday 5th September between 10am and 5pm, and for £4 entry you can enjoy the music of T.J. Johnson and his Jazz Band, Phil Bailey aka Johnny Cash and a host of other local folk and jazz acts as well as a live ploughing event, an array of vintage and classic vehicles and a hog roast! All bathed in late summer sunshine! (we hope!).

On the Saturday evening prior to the open day there will be a band night held in the marquee at the honey farm. Starting at 7pm, tickets can be bought on the door for £5. Again, T.J. Johnson and his Jazz Band are the headlining acts, along with local acts Joe Mangel and She. This wraps up at 12 midnight and a free bus will take punters back into Berwick.

The event is staged in conjunction with Berwick Rotary Club and all money raised at this year’s event will go to the charity of Berwick Rotary Club’s choice. Thanks to the Crank-up event held in the spring £1,000 has been donated to Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
